I agree there is little or nothing that can be done. In any team work environment, there's always the question whether a new member fits in and creates harmony or discord. You can try and screw your eyes closed and shut it out, or -- as the saying goes -- if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. If you have the same political opinions, then why not just engage and create a friendlier atmosphere? | |
