Also, while I'm a developer, she's a social media manager, so talking to people all the time is expected from someone at her job. I did talk to her about it (I have TDAH), but it didn't make much of a difference.

You might also add if you have tried having a casual, away-from-the-desk conversation with her. Possibly discussing your concerns directly? I wouldn't expect that to be a problem if "she's a really nice person".
