In Germany, it is not unusual to see woman tan without a bra at all. You are projecting you sense of modesty on the female friend.
Is it really a thing Being at a public pools? And isn't the wearing ofpool in a swimming suit kind of the most modest swim wear? Not something you'd wear if youswimsuit are two factors that tells me she probably don't want to show of yourher chest. And finally showing - it's not known how se feels and if she's noticed. It would be kind of dickish to not tell her if she'd rather not show what's under her suit to all of the pool areaThere's also common sense.
So if you are regarding her attire as something awkwardly sexual, it is you who have made it awkward and sexual, not her.
She They might think it is awkward and sexy too, but hasn't realised as the suit only seem to be see through under certain conditions.right but I'm sure most people would mind!
It is quite impossible to know how she feels without saying something and it's only going to get more awkward the longer you ignore it. If someone else tells her when she's in that suit for the 10th time with you and she wonder why you haven't said something. I don't think "the internet thought you wanted to show your tits off"told me not to" would be an appreciated answer. Telling her will only be an awkward few minutes. Better than being awkward around her all the time at the pool, and thinking about it afterwards.
Just a simple "is it supposed to do that?" might do the trick.
