I am in support myself and often do this when asked questions that are out of scope of my projects, and it is always well received. If it helps, just have a text file containing the links so you can just copy/paste them each time. | |

This is basicly a kind-ish way to let them know they're in over their head with your product and shouldn't bother you. | |

(In fact, in this case, they tried Z first and that didn’t work out for them.) | |
