The OP already tried to have this conversation, and so planted the seed. Now I'd just step back and wait for him to realize what he wants; if in a couple of weeks he hasn't raised this topic again, maybe I'd ask again for guidance on this kind of decisions, but I'd keep in mind that this kind of opinions may take a lot of time to form.. | |
