How to tell to my mother that I don’t want to do certain things she requests me to do?

##Justifications##

I’m 19 years old in Bucharest, Romania in high school at grade 12. Since I’ve been gifted with I-phone6, I kinda liked staying on my new I-phone. But, I couldn’t control myself. And now my parents suggested to make a time table, and at 19:00AM to surrender my I phone to her everyday until the final exam.

Whats the main problem?

I can’t even give her the phone, because when she does this, I fell like I’m 4 years old.

Another reason is, I have to take pills. Since I have done surgery on my back bone when I was in grade 9, my doctor recommended me to take for the rest of my life pills without breaks.

The problem in here, is that, sometimes I don’t wanna take pills at night, because I don’t feel like. Like for example, today, I didn’t wanted. But my mother forces me to do so.

Questions:

  1. How to ask my mother to cancel the time table?
  2. How to tell to my mother that I don’t want to take pills at night, only sometimes?

How can I ask her these 2 questions in such that she won’t have to get angry at me?

Because, when I tried to ask her, not this night. She refuses. And I don’t like to take Ca because it tastes horrible after it dissolves in water. It makes sensations of throwing up.
